3 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. light-or-dark syrup 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. pecans Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Stir in pecans. Put in unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out fairly clean or until firm. |
