BREAD PUDDING 
5-6 leftover biscuits
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
2 c. scalded milk
Nuts, raisins or flake coconut (optional)

Break biscuits up into a 9x9 inch greased baking dish. Mix sugar (more or less to taste) into still warm scalded milk and stir until dissolved, add flavoring choice.

Beat eggs until creamy and well blended. Slowly add 1/2 cup of milk into egg mixture. Then add it back into the remaining milk and pour it over the biscuits. Add options, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until firm.
