HAMBURG SOUP 
1 lb. hamburg
6 c. water
2 bouillon cubes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. orzo
Sm. can tomato sauce

Brown hamburg, pour off fat. In kettle add hamburg, water, bouillon and soup mix. Bring to boil. Add vegetables, orzo and tomato sauce. Boil again, then simmer for 1/2 hour. You can also add fresh garden vegetables of your choice.
