MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Combine crumbs, cinnamon and butter. Press into well buttered 9 inch spring form pan.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled
3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. instant coffee dissolved in tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light; add cream cheese, chocolate, sour cream, coffee, vanilla and butter; beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool cake in oven with door ajar for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate. Serves approximately 20.
