20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 of 1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
2 sq. semi-sweet Chocolate
1 c. Sugar
1 (6 oz.) can Pet Milk
2 tbsp. butter

Mix cookies and butter and press down in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Spoon ice cream over crust and place in freezer. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan over medium heat until melted. Cool and pour over ice cream. Freeze. Add cool whip and pecans, if desired. Let sit out about 5 minutes before serving.
