PERFECT PIE CRUST 
1 lb. Crisco
6 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Blend with pastry blender until it resembles cornmeal.

Break 1 egg into a 1 cup measuring cup and add enough water to fill to the top. Mix into flour mixture, gently, until moistened thoroughly. Form into 1 large ball and cut into 6, 7 or 8 portions, roll out onto floured board.
