28 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
2 1/2 sticks peppermint candy canes or 10 bite-size pieces peppermint candy
Melt above ingredients in double boiler, let cool until mixture starts to thicken and then fold in 1 cup of whipped cream (add some red food color if its not pink enough). Pour into shell made of 18 hydrox cookies, rolled in 1/4 cup butter. Pat into pie plate and set in refrigerator. Save a few crumbs for the top. Do the crust first then it hardens and is ready for the filling mixture. When doubled, this recipe fits in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
