STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM CHEESE
DESSERT
 
1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz,) pkg. (1 lb.) frozen strawberries slices, thawed and drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and beat to blend well. Fold in strawberries and whipped cream. Spoon into a 1 quart mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
