ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box orange Jello (box directions)
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. When Jello is partially set, add pineapple.

LAYER #2:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. milk

Combine and mix together until smooth. Spread over Jello.

LAYER #3:
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt

Combine in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and spread over cream cheese layers top with nuts.
