ORANGE WALNUT FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (opt.)
1/3 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in 1" slices
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs, add orange juice, milk, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla. Place bread in single layer in pan. Pour mixture over. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Turn at least once. In morning pour melted butter in jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown.
