KALE SOUP 
1 lg. onion
5 med. potatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. linguica
Kale

Cut onion up and saute until soft with linguica cut in slices. When sauteed put water in pan to almost cover the kales. Wash kales first and trim off ends. Cook until kales are soft and almost done then add a few potatoes, cut up. When done add can kidney or red beans and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pepper and spices to suit your taste.
