CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 head lettuce
5 celery stalks, diced
2 c. cooked chicken, shrimp or tuna
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Green onions, pea pods, etc. (optional)

Tear lettuce; mix together with celery, meat and peas. For dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup soy sauce, a dash of garlic, crushed peppers (optional). Add dressing and chow mein noodles to salad and lightly toss.
