TOM & JERRY BUTTER 
1 doz. eggs
1 lb. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 lb. powdered sugar

Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff (10 minutes) in large metal or glass bowl. In separate large bowl, whip sugar and yolks; add butter and powdered sugar (alternating butter and powdered sugar).

Fold in egg whites. Freeze in sealed container. Use 3 heaping tablespoons or more to 2/3 cup boiling water. Add brandy or rum. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Keep in freezer.
