3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 c. oatmeal (not quick)
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. M & M's

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add butter, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and corn syrup; mix well. Stir soda into oatmeal, then add to peanut butter mixture. Mix until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips. Use an ice cream scoop to put dough on cookie sheet. Press M & M's on top of cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. This is a very chewy cookie. Makes about 4 dozen.
