TOP RAMEN SALAD 
2 pkgs. Top Ramen (crumbled)
1 can water chestnuts
6 green onions (diced)
1 sm. head cabbage
Optional: Crab or shrimp

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
6 tbsp. white rice vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Dressing: Mix well and pour over salad ingredients. Stir in well. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
