CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
1 chicken, skinned and cut up
3 green peppers, chopped
3 to 4 tbsp. sour cream
3 onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. Hungarian paprika

Fry the finely chopped onions in oil until golden brown. Add the paprika and the meat; stir in the peppers and tomatoes. Cook the mixture until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes. Stir in the sour cream. Put the sauce through the blender.
