TURKEY STUFFING 
2 slices baby beef liver
6 skinless porkies
4 or 5 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt to taste
1 lg. loaf bread (or save crust ends from loaves of bread until you have enough - it can get hard)

Put bread in bowl; water it down until soaked. Squeeze out all water until pretty well drained. Put into another bowl. Put liver, porkies, celery and onion through grinder or food processor. Add to bread and rest of ingredients; mix well (it might be a little loose). Stuff your turkey as directed and cook accordingly. Any left over mix can be baked in a pan while turkey is cooking. I put at least 1 teaspoon of each spice in, if not more.
