1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2-2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
5-6 bread slices, cut into cubes

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple and mix. Stir in bread cubes. Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, it will be lightly browned. I serve this with baked ham and usually bake them at the same time.
