TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1 bottle soy sauce
1 1/2 bottles water (using soy sauce bottle)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together in pan. Use as marinade for steaks or kabobs. Marinate meat in pan at least 1 hour (preferably overnight). Pierce meat and turn often while it is in the marinade. Baste meat often while on the grill. Leftover marinade may be stored in the refrigerator several weeks.
