CHICKEN WITH WHITE SAUCE 
4 boneless breasts cut in 1/2
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Salt & pepper

Place chicken in a single layer in a casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika until it becomes a lightly colored sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
