POTATO FILLING | |
4 lg. potatoes 2 c. bread cubes 1/2 c. diced celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 lb. butter in pieces 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste Grated cheese (optional) Cook and mash potatoes using enough milk to give potatoes a thin consistency. Pour potatoes into a 1 quart baking dish and stir in the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles and is thick. |
