CONTINENTAL SALAD 
JELLO MOLD:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored Jello
1 1/2 c. canned grapefruit juice, heated
1 (16 oz.) can or jar diced beets, drained with juice reserved
1/2 c. celery, finely sliced
Salad greens

SESAME SEED DRESSING:

1 tbsp. grapefruit juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Dissolve gelatin in hot grapefruit juice; add 1/2 cup beet juice. Chill until partially thickened; fold in drained beets and celery. Pour into large salad mold and chill until firm. Unmold on salad greens and top with sesame seed dressing.

SESAME SEED DRESSING: Gradually blend 1 tablespoon canned grapefruit juice into 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese, beating until fluffy. Fold in 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds. Serves 4 to 6.
