PERFECT CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 or 4 chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. water
Optional: onion slices, celery stalks, herbs
1 can mushroom soup
Curry or other favorite herbs and spices

Put chicken breasts in kettle. Add salt, water, and optional ingredients. Cook 1 hour. Cool. Saving broth, remove bones and skin. Carefully split breasts in halves. Lay in shallow baking pan and cover with mushroom soup. Add about 1/2 inch of the drained chicken broth. Sprinkle with curry powder or some of your favorite herbs or spices. Bake in 400 degree oven 1 hour or until golden. Baste if needed. Use leftover broth for soup or other recipes.
