CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS 
1/4 c. butter
1 chicken, cut up
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. dry sherry
1 tbsp. parsley
2 lemons, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Dash black pepper

Melt butter and brown chicken. Put chicken in a 11 x 7 inch baking pan in one layer. Saute but DO NOT brown, onions and mushrooms. Add mushroom soup, seasonings and lemon. Stir until smooth. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour.
