1 (5 oz.) can Swanson's chunk or thigh chicken 2 c. salad greens, torn in bite size pieces 1 c. cauliflowerets 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves 1 sm. onion, sliced 1/3 c. bottled low-calorie Italian dressing In a bowl combine all ingredients except dressing. Toss lightly with dressing. Makes about 5 cups, 3 servings (about 115 calories per serving). |
