SPANISH MACARONI 
2 c. raw macaroni
1/2 lb. ground beef
About 4 c. crushed tomatoes
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
Sugar, salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni as per directions; drain. Brown beef in oil and add rest of ingredients. Cook until vegetables are done. Mix with macaroni. Put in casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375-400 degrees about 30 minutes until slightly browned.
