RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk

Combine 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/4 cup butter. Add egg and milk, mix and pat into greased 9-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb and sprinkle with dry Jello.

Mix together remaining butter, sugar and flour. Put on top of rhubarb. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut.
