QUICK AND EASY HOMEMADE SOUP 
1 med. onion
6 med. potatoes
1/2 head cabbage
16 oz. can tomatoes
16 oz. can Veg-All
32 oz. can tomato juice
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck

Fill 2 gallon kettle half full of water and bring to a boil. Cut up onions, potatoes and cabbage in water. Cook for 25 minutes. Add tomatoes, Veg-All, and ground chuck (cooked and crumbled) to other ingredients. Cook for 15 minutes. Add tomato juice and stir well. Cook for another 10 minutes. Season to taste. The key to making good soup is to cut up all ingredients to small bite size, including the canned tomatoes.
