RAVIOLI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 #2 1/2 can spinach
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs

DOUGH:

5 c. flour
4-5 eggs

Brown meat, add salt and pepper. Mix eggs with meat before browning, then add salt, pepper and cheese. Let simmer 15 minutes then when you are ready, mix the dough. Add spinach to mixture. Let set while preparing dough. Roll dough quite thin, cut in squares, put filling (about 1 tablespoon) in center of square; fold. Then press with fork to seal firmly; place in large kettle of boiling water with salt added. Cook 5 minutes, drain and cover with cheese and sauce.

Dough: Mix until dough is elastic and can be rolled.
