RUMAKI 
Chicken livers
Soy sauce
1/4 inch thick water chestnut slices
1/2 inch wide slices of bacon

Cut chicken livers into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Wrap a piece of liver and a water chestnut together in a slice of bacon. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Broil slowly until bacon is crisp. Serve hot. (You may marinate the water chestnuts in port wine, ahead of time, if desired.)
