CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and boned (do day before)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 canc ream of chicken soup
1 lg. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
2 sticks butter

Melt butter. Mix stuffing and butter together. Mix chicken, sour cream and soup together.

In a 9x13 pan put 1/2 stuffing mix then 1/2 chicken mix and alternate ending with stuffing. Bake 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes.
