SQUASH PICKLES 
8 c. squash, slice & salt to taste & let set 1 hour
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. onions
4 bell peppers
2 tsp. pickling spice
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed

Bring to hard boil. Then add to squash and bring to another boil. Put in jars and seal.
