CORN FRITTERS 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. white sugar
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
Pinch of salt

Mix all the above together and drop by tablespoonsful into pan of hot oil until brown. Turn if need be. Drain and serve with maple syrup.

NOTE: Use 2 cups of oil to drop fritters into.
