FREEZER FILLING FOR PEACH PIES 
4 qts. sliced soft peaches
3 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. tapioca
4 tbsp. ReaLemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Line 4 (8") pie pans with heavy duty foil, letting it extend 5" beyond rim. Divide pie filling evenly in the pans. Fold foil over loosely and freeze until firm. Then cover tightly and remove pans. Put in plastic freezer bags and return to freezer.

To bake pies: Remove pies from foil, to not thaw. Place in pastry dough, add top crust. Cut slits in dough. Bake at 425 degrees for about 1 hour.
