CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD | |
2 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. mashed bananas 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate 1/3 c. melted shortening or oil Sift together flour and sugar. Stir in pecans and chocolate bits. Blend bananas, eggs and shortening or oil; add to flour mixture. Mix until flour is moistened. Turn into 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. |
