RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced rhubarb

Mix all ingredients (except rhubarb) until crumbly and press half into 9 inch greased pan. Pour rhubarb in.

Combine and cook until thick and clear.

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over rhubarb and top with rest of crumbly mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
