RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
2 (4 serving size) Jello vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (NOT instant)
1 c. Minute original rice, cook before combining ingredients
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Cook rice. Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Pour into dishes or serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Can be served warm or cold.
