EASY VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
1 can tomatoes, chopped
2 cans mixed vegetables
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 beef bouillon cubes

Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes and sear. Cover with 1 quart water and simmer for 1 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Continue simmering for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
