SAUTEED VEGETABLES 
Fresh vegetables: carrots; sliced, mushrooms; fresh or jar, sliced green peppers, diced
Yellow banana peppers, sliced fresh or jar
Cooking onions, sliced in rings

Spices: Garlic powder, oregano, black pepper and crushed red pepper

Directions: Simmer vegetables in butter until lightly browned. Add spices while simmering. (Cover the pan.)
