CHOPS BHUNA 
Salt, black pepper to taste
2 lbs. lamb chops
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic paste
6 tbsp. yogurt
1 oz. ginger root
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
4 tbsp. oil

Put chopped onion, salt, black pepper, yogurt, garlic paste and chops in covered saucepan and cook on high until chops are tender.

Put 4 tablespoons oil and ginger root (thin cuts). Cook until water is dried, oil appears in pan. Sprinkle parsley leaves on top and serve.
