MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
Dash pepper
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 grated carrot
1/4 lb. cubed Velveeta
1 c. chopped celery
Bacon bits

Cook and drain macaroni. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Add eggs. Stir until thick. Remove from heat. Toss with macaroni. Add mayonnaise, carrot, celery and bacon bits. Refrigerate to cool. Then add Velveeta.
