POTLUCK POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. clear French dressing with spices & herbs
4-5 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled & cubed (4 c.)
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Pour French dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours. Add celery, onion, eggs and salt; add mayonnaise and mix carefully. Add 1 teaspoon celery seed, if desired. Chill 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
