QUICK AND LIGHT CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (4 oz.) boil in bag rice
2 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. Weight Watchers chicken bouillon

Boil rice bag per instructions; drain good; then mix bouillon with small amount of hot water; add to rice/oregano and stir thoroughly; on square of aluminum foil (large enough to fold over breast).

Place rice mixture and then cover with chicken breasts; fold foil over make in package with small vent at one corner. Repeat for other breast. Bake 45 minutes. Serves 2. Quick to fix - low in calories, sodium, and fat. Delicious served with mixed vegetables and salad.
