STUFFED PUMPKIN 
1 sm. pumpkin (8 to 9 inch in diameter)
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. cranberries
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. sour cream

Cut off top of pumpkin and set aside. Remove seeds and wash. Mix all ingredients except sour cream. Set pumpkin on cookie sheet and fill with mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cover with pumpkin top and cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold with dollop of sour cream.
