SUPER CHICKEN SOUP 
3 lb. chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. sliced carrots
3 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 fresh tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 white onion, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 dash Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. ground ginger

Boil chicken in large pot until cooked. Take chicken from pot and let cool. When it is cool enough to handle, remove bone, skin, excess fat, etc. Return chicken meat to pot with broth. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 1 1/2 hours.
