JALAPENO JELLY 
1/4 to 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 c. bell pepper
2 pkgs. (1 box) Certo
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Green food color

Blend in a blender the peppers. Put in a large pot the peppers, vinegar, sugar and food color. Bring to a full rolling boil. Remove from stove. Let set, then skim off top. Add Certo. Pour in jars and seal.
