Brisket
Acce nt (use according to pkg. directions)
Salt
Celery salt
Pepper (coarse black pepper is best)

Sprinkle brisket with above ingredients. Bake at 450 degrees - fat side DOWN and UNCOVERED for 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake COVERED for 2 hours. I have used this recipe on briskets ranging from 3 pounds to 10 pounds and it always works. You may use Kitchen Bouquet's recipe for making gravy from the drippings.
