JELLO FINGERS 
5 sm. pkgs. Knox gelatin
2 1/2 c. cold water
2 lg. boxes Jello (any flavor)
1/2 c. sugar (optional)
2 c. cold water

Mix first 2 ingredients; set aside. Combine last 3 ingredients and bring to a boiling point. Blend both mixes with a spoon. Pour into a long pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into finger-sized pieces or cookie cutter shapes. Eat with fingers.
