4 lb. steaks
3/4 to 1 c. Richelieu Western Dressing
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. shortening

Brown steaks in hot oil on both sides. Season. Place steaks on foil covered baking sheet. Brush both sides with salad dressing. Fold foil loosely over top of steaks. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
