TING - A - LINGS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. salted peanuts
1 can chow mein noodles

Melt chocolate over hot (not boiling) water in double boiler. Pour melted chocolate over peanut and noodle mixture in large bowl. Toss gently until thoroughly blended.

Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper in cookie sheet. Chill to harden then cut in squares or break in pieces. Approximately 20 servings. (I got this recipe from my daughter after she made it as a cooking class assignment. It is slightly different than the Plantation Crunch but just as good.)
